Why I Created this Course
For years, I thought if I just tried harder then I’d finally have the marriage I longed for.
But behind the smiles and the social media posts, I was crumbling. I carried shame, guilt, and the constant question: “Why does this keep happening to me?”
After a string of heartbreaks and a marriage that nearly broke me, I had to face the truth: the common denominator was me. Not because I was broken or unworthy — but because I was carrying wounds, beliefs, and patterns I didn’t even realize were running my life.
That realization was terrifying… and freeing.
Instead of focusing on fixing my partner, I turned inward. I began the hard but beautiful work of healing my past, rediscovering who I was, and learning how to create safety and intimacy — first with myself, and then in my marriage.
And everything changed.
But as I began to heal and rebuild my marriage, I realized something heartbreaking though: no one had ever taught us how to do this.
Not in school. Not in church. Not even in years of counseling.
